IVDRIPS CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL FEES POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice.

Valid for all fees – the cancellation fee will be deducted from all funds that will be returned if paid in advance or will be charged from the original payment method if funds have not yet been received.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

The client may reschedule his/her appointment at any time under the following conditions:

Fees will be debited from the original payment method if no monies have yet been received.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If a nurse has arrived at the client’s nominated location and the client is not present at the location, the nurse will try to contact the client. If the nurse manages to contact the client within a period of 15 minutes, the client will receive an additional grace period of 15 minutes to show up and will be subject to a $75 “Late Arrival” fee.

If the client fails to arrive within the given timeframe, our “No Show” policy will automatically be applied.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a nurse has arrived at the client’s nominated location and the client is not present, the nurse will try and contact the client. If the nurse fails to contact the client or if the client fails to arrive within a period of 15 minutes, the nurse will leave the facility and the client will be charged the full price of the booked service(s).

SERVICE PREVENTION POLICY

If an infusion is unable to be commenced or completed, the client will be charged a $150 “Concierge” fee. The fee applies in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

AFTER BUSINESS HOURS BOOKING

Same day appointments booked after business hours[*], defined by the organization, additional fees stated below will apply accordingly.

EXTENDED TIME POLICY

Please note that all service appointments are limited to 60 minutes in duration.

When a service exceeds the allocated 60 minutes, an additional charge will apply for each added 30 minutes, as indicated below.

For every additional 30 minutes, the client will be charged an additional fee of $75.

Range and Location Fee

Please be advised that once booked, your appointment will be matched with a nurse for the requested time and location. We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to change your appointment service location. If you must change the location of your original appointment location, we respectfully request an advanced notice. Requests for service location change received without 2 hours notice from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $150 “service location fee”.

ONCE BOOKED, WE WILL MATCH A NURSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO THE REQUESTED TIME. YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A CALL OR TEXT TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT TIME

Patients over the age of 65 may require blood work review prior to medical clearance and dispatch of a nurse.
