IV DRIPS CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL FEES POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Cancellations received within a 24 hours time frame from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received without a 24 hours time frame from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received within 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
Valid for all fees – the cancellation fee will be deducted from all funds that will be returned if paid in advance or will be charged from the original payment method if funds have not yet been received.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
The client may reschedule his/her appointment at any time under the following conditions:
- In the scenario where the request was submitted 48 hours prior to the day of the appointment, the client will be charged a nominal amount of $40 fee to reschedule their next appointment.
*This fee will be deducted from the final payment* - In the scenario where the request was submitted 24 hours prior to the day of the appointment, the client will be charged a nominal amount of $55 to secure their next appointment.
*This fee will be deducted from the final payment* - In the scenario where the request to reschedule was received within a period of up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged for $150 “late rescheduling” fee.
*This fee will be deducted from the final payment* - In the scenario where the request to reschedule was received within the 2 hours’ time-frame prior to the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 50% (non-refundable) “last moment rescheduling” fee. The fee will be determined based on the total amount of the service(s) indicated in the organization database.
*This fee will apply in addition to the full price of the service(s) booked in advanced*
Fees will be debited from the original payment method if no monies have yet been received.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If a nurse has arrived at the client’s nominated location and the client is not present at the location, the nurse will try to contact the client. If the nurse manages to contact the client within a period of 15 minutes, the client will receive an additional grace period of 15 minutes to show up and will be subject to a $75 “Late Arrival” fee.
If the client fails to arrive within the given timeframe, our “No Show” policy will automatically be applied.
NO SHOW POLICY
If a nurse has arrived at the client’s nominated location and the client is not present, the nurse will try and contact the client. If the nurse fails to contact the client or if the client fails to arrive within a period of 15 minutes, the nurse will leave the facility and the client will be charged the full price of the booked service(s).
SERVICE PREVENTION POLICY
If an infusion is unable to be commenced or completed, the client will be charged a $150 “Concierge” fee. The fee applies in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The client is unable to receive service as information that would prevent service from being conducted was not disclosed at the time of booking.
*Alcohol withdrawal, drug abuse, etc.* - The client is unable to receive service because vital signs are out of normal limits e.g. hyper or hypotension, oxygen levels, etc.
- Service commenced but was unable to be completed either due to the client’s request or the nurse’s discretion. For instance, a client unable to tolerate service, vasovagal reaction, etc.
- Service was not completed due to the client’s condition of poor venous access – after 2 attempts.
- Service was not completed due to an unsafe or unsanitary environment.
CONCIERGE & IV DRIPS LOUNGE SERVICES ADDITIONAL FEES POLICY
AFTER BUSINESS HOURS BOOKING
Same day appointments booked after business hours[*], defined by the organization, additional fees stated below will apply accordingly.
- Any appointment that occurs after 8pm is subject to a $150 “Late-night-Hours” fee.
- Any appointment that occurs after 11pm is subject to a $350 “Late-night-Hours” fee.
EXTENDED TIME POLICY
Please note that all service appointments are limited to 60 minutes in duration.
When a service exceeds the allocated 60 minutes, an additional charge will apply for each added 30 minutes, as indicated below.
For every additional 30 minutes, the client will be charged an additional fee of $75.
Range and Location Fee
IV DRIPS aspires to reach and influence as many people as possible. Locations outside of our coverage area may be subject to a $125 travel fee.
Below is a list of the cities that will NOT require a “Range” fee:
New York:
- All 5 boroughs: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.
New Jersey:
- Toms River
- Lakewood
- Deal
Please be advised that once booked, your appointment will be matched with a nurse for the requested time and location. We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to change your appointment service location. If you must change the location of your original appointment location, we respectfully request an advanced notice.
- Requests for service location change received without 2 hours’ Notice from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $150 “service location fee”.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED WITHIN A ONE HOUR TIME FRAME. ONCE BOOKED, WE WILL MATCH A NURSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO THE REQUESTED TIME FRAME. YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A CALL OR TEXT TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT TIME FRAME.
Patients over the age of 65 may require blood work review prior to medical clearance and dispatch of a nurse.
