Price is subject to change based on patients or providers recommendation and on any add-ons. Appointments after 8:00 PM may incur a late-night fee for our concierge service. If outside of Brooklyn, NYC or Queens, you may incur a travel charge. Due to the high volume of appointments we cannot guarantee a an exact time but will try our best to accommodate you. If the appointment runs over time, there will be an additional charge.

We also have a cancellation policy for appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment time. Refer to the terms and conditions for more information.

Appointments canceled within 12 hours are a non-refundable $200 fee. Appointments canceled within 3 hours are 100% non-refundable. If a nurse has already been dispatched to the client's location, or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the nurse’s arrival this will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the non refundable fee. Please ask your doctor before making an appointment. There will be an automatic $35 non-refundable booking fee with every appointment booked. This fee will be deducted from the overall order once the appointment has taken place.

Once booked, we will match a nurse to your appointment to the requested time. You will always receive a call or text to confirm the appointment time.
